Please note we expect to be interviewing for the upcoming season. Our season starts mid-April and continues steadily through September. Before and after those dates, the shifts would be based on business needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 🤝 A team player with a naturally positive attitude.

  • 🔞 Must be able to lift 50 pounds, and be comfortable working a lot on your feet

Please Do Not Apply If:

  • You do not have regular ability on the weekends. That’s when the good stuff happens!

  • You love the idea of the easy breezy side of hospitality. While there are moments, you should know that our team members help our guests vacations go off without a hitch. That means taking out the trash, assisting guests and boaters, cleaning, etc.)

  • You’re a glass half empty kind of person. That’s not our vibe.

  • Have frequent situations that would mean your schedule changes, or you wouldn’t be available for a scheduled shift at the last minute. (We understand emergencies happen, but we depend on each team member and being reliable is critical.

  • You find yourself in the middle of gossip, drama, or get worked up easily. (That doesn’t work on the team or on wedding days.)

  • You are not regularly available in our peak/busy seasons which is primarily between April and September. We can work around schedules, but we need the most help during these times of year.

Compensation Details:

  • We have several different positions on the team which would be described in an interview. You would be a W2 employee.

  • Positions Available Include:

    • Front Desk- Reservations

    • Dock Hand/Boat and Kayak Rental

    • Barista/Food Service

    • Sparkle and Shine Cleaning Crew
